By commissioning me, you agree to the following:I as the artist:• Maintain the right to post my work onto social media and use them as advertisements/examples of my artwork.• Maintain the right to turn down a commission.You as the client:• Must pay in full before I start your commission.• May NOT reprint your artwork for a profit. However, if you want to print your artwork for personal use, feel free to do so. (Such as getting a shirt for YOURSELF on sites like redbubble).• HOWEVER, if you want to talk about me potentially creating merch for a project of yours, I am open to speak about it.• Must give proper credit if you repost the artwork to any social media.• May request small edits and corrections. If it is anything too large and if you request multiple edits, I will ask for additional payment.• May resell customs that I create, but for no more than what I charged you (unless you have additional art of the character, then you are allowed to resell).• May NOT trace over my artwork and/or redistribute it as your own.• May not redistribute my artwork as a NFT or anything of the sort.Adoptables• Adoptables you have bought from me may be sold but for ONLY the price you bought it for. (Unless you have commissioned art/made art of this character, then you may resell for a higher price.)• You may trade/gift your characters.• You may NOT sell a character you obtained for free, or from a raffle. (Unless it comes with other art.) You may however trade or gift it.• You can change the design as much as you like, species/gender/etc. once the character has been paid for.• You may post this adoptable/design anywhere, credit myself for your first post using the character/ posting on character websites.• Do NOT claim as you created the design.• Violation of agreement means I reclaim the design and may resell or reuse, without a refund.• If purchasing a ship/fusion adopt; you do NOT own my characters, period. Purchasing a ship kid/fusion does not mean that the character of mine that you chose and your own are in a relationship. The ship adopts are simply a hypothetical.Additional Information• Turn around can vary from a week to 3 months. I will keep you updated via DMs and through my trello page!• I accept Paypal as payment. I will send you an invoice for payment.
Prices are in USD.• I will allow full refunds before I start the artwork, partial if I'm partial way through the artwork, and no refund after the artwork is created.• No physical product will be sent to you.• WIPS of the artwork will be sent to you through the process of the artwork. You may request edits (that is encouraged).
